Two 1-1 meetings with CEO to understand strategic priorities, assess leadership style, explore management challenges, and jointly work through a self-assessment tool.

Short written feedback collection form distributed to the leadership team, board members, and investors to gather systematic feedback on CEO performance, designed to be confidential.

Up to 7 private 1-1 meetings with core members of the leadership team, key investors, and board members to gather actionable feedback for CEO. Some feedback will be packaged anonymously to promote candor.

Feedback Delivery (Month 2)

Written performance review delivered to CEO, synthesizing feedback from stakeholders and presenting a performance action plan for the ensuing 3 months.

Coaching session with CEO to discuss results and suggested action plan.

Implementing Change (Months 3-4)
Two follow-up monthly 1-1 coaching sessions with CEO to review progress against performance plan and to serve as an accountability partner.

CEOs find it hard to focus on improving personal performance, given the intense demands of running a company, the hesitation team members have sharing feedback upward, and the typical lack of a structured feedback process with investors and board members. 360 CEO delivers an actionable, honest leadership performance assessment for startup CEOs, synthesizing the views of the leadership team, board members, and investors, and through self-evaluation.
Lack of feedback and management team cohesion within high growth startups creates business risk, and startups frequently experience disruptive management team turnover which can be avoided or mitigated through this type of structured program.
